Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT Software (7-15 yrs)
Our Key Client is looking to hire an exceptional Sales Manager for their Middle East region.
The Successful candidate must become a strategic partner of their customers and help them become more competitive in their marketplace.
The Incumbent will be expected to work at the VP and C-Level where appropriate. This will require a deep understanding of the customer's business and marketplace, along with the ability to articulate a clear return on investment, as opposed to selling on technical merit alone.
The incumbent must have the leadership skills required to work across organizations.
Job Requirements :
- Proven results in growing business in Enterprise Accounts
- Relationship building and sales from technical end users to directors and executives
- Ability to create impactful account goals/strategy and lead a team to execute the account plan
- Ability to create and articulate a business case to customer senior management
- Ability to lead an extended team to drive growth
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Communications or Equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years in technology sales (Software experience preferred)
- Demonstrated skills in leading and influencing across organizations to achieve sales objectives
- Account Management and Enterprise level selling skills
- Experience with closing multi-year contracts
