Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (7-13 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Hunt and farm for educational and consulting business with India-based large Enterprise accounts.
- Execute solution and value selling to both existing customer base and new prospects.
- Proactively manage key partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value.
- Nurtures and closes new solution opportunities that result in incremental orders, revenue, and margins, aligning with sales plans.
- Demonstrate a breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning the company's capabilities to client business and priorities, and positioning them relative to competitors.
- Engage in the Relationship Assessment Program (RAP) whenever possible.
- Successfully orchestrate resources and virtual teams around opportunities to ensure success, fostering a high degree of collaboration.
- Advocate for the customer and work towards improving customer satisfaction (CSAT) constantly.
- Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of the company and its products, securing long-term commitments.
- Accurately forecast business on a quarterly cadence and meet sales quota targets.
- Provide forecasting and regularly update account and opportunity details in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and build a strong 12-month pipeline.
- Have 7-13 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Work remotely or from the company's office as needed for client visits.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the educational and consulting industry.
- Strong ability to execute solution and value selling strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to proactively manage key partner relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian market and enterprise accounts.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and forecasting tools.
