Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (6-8 yrs)
Role (B2B Sales) :
- Ownership, target driven individual
- Drive sales from medium and large-scale enterprises in order to deliver progressive revenue targets
- Deliver professional sales presentations and demos (virtual & physical) to organizations in order to drive sales
- Nurture and develop existing partnerships with organizations to enable upsell opportunities
- identify the Business opportunities & to work on prospective leads
- Co create learning solutions for clients by leading the consultative sales process
- Own day to day relationships with clients and take responsibility for aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on agreed deliverables
Requirements :
- Master's degree with 6+ years of work experience with demonstrated success in business development and partnerships
- Experience in structuring deals and successfully negotiating with CHROs, L&D Heads and L&D Managers
- Prior experience in a similar role (B2B sales and e-learning industry) will be an added advantage
- Roll up your sleeves- attitude to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
