Roles and Responsibilities include :
1. Quota responsibility for the set of accounts and territories assigned.
2. Responsibility includes new business development as well as growth from existing accounts.
3. Responsibility for the coverage of territory from Knimbus products and services perspective.
4. Ensure proper account management resulting in retention and growth of business
5. Maintain optimal level of activities to keep a healthy pipeline
6. Maintain forecast accuracy
7. Have a consultative sales approach with prospects and clients and always strive to deliver value to the client's business issues
8. Flawless execution on Knimbus sales processes and methodologies
9. Maintain industry, role and competitive knowledge
10. Minimum 6 years of proven sales experience in the HRTech/SaaS/Knowledge Transformation space
11. Consistently over achieved sales targets
12. Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management
13. Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations
14. Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations
15. Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business
16. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
