Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)
What you need to get this role :
- 5-7 years sales/business development experience ideally within the Assessments, recruitment industry, IT industry or a start-up
- Proven experience working with large organizations and in particular C-level executives in technology companies.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end account management/sales process
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to assess client requirements
- Previous experience in Solution Selling is an added bonus

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them.
- Own up the sales quota and deliver the numbers.
- Proven experience in dealing with Staffing Companies
- Preparing client and market mapping reports for his/her business segment
- Focused on timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients.
- Media Tracking to generate prospects
- Maintain basic adherence and sanity in sales reporting & plan.
- Plan and budget revenue generation for the week and month
Desired Skills :
- Good understanding of sales and end to end account management process
- Should be able to judge the requirement well & project the business accurately.
- Maintain consistency in delivering the results.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Solution-Selling experience is a big plus
