Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (5-8 yrs)
The Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) is a client-facing position within our Client Solutions Department. The ESM is critical to the successful implementation, ongoing support and annual renewal of Employer and Participant Support Service offerings.
The ESM is responsible for coordinating the complete and timely client benefit administration technology and outsourcing implementations, maintenance, and renewals for new and existing clients.
The Engagement Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our clients at the heart of everything we do. Success in this position requires strong consultative and analytic skills, a focus on service and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment, delivering against tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- ESM is a pure Sales Role with full ownership of revenues for the assigned region. He/she will be responsible for driving exponential Revenue growth for companies Solutions (WMS, WIP) for both Hardware and Software from the end users.
- Create GTM that shall work for the region.
- Create and maintain the list of end users or enterprise accounts (Large, Mid and Small) in the region across different verticals such as Manufacturing, Retail, E-Retail, Transportation and Logistics, Healthcare among others.
- Should be able to do cold calling/emailing to open up new opportunities. 80% of your time shall be spent in doing Face to Face meetings with customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with the CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads and Business Team in the end user accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create account plans and updating it with the current and relevant information.
Enterprise Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications :
- 5-8 years of work experience in IT/Technology Sales to End Customers.
- BE+MBA
- Exposure working in AIDC industry providing solutions on Industrial Mobility, Scanners and Barcode printer.
- Moderate to high level of understanding of technology solutions.
- Good consistent performance year on year in the previous roles.
- Must know the Local language (preferable).
