Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (5-11 yrs)
- We are looking for candidates who are HUNTERS and have experience selling LMS, HRMS, or SaaS platforms to enterprises.
- We are looking for a strong B2B sales professional (as per the experience provided in the JD) who has - Relevant- experience of selling and consulting HRMS platforms/SaaS Platforms/LMS to the enterprise HR Leaders and CXOs.
Responsibilities :
- Quota responsibility for the set of accounts and territories assigned.
- Responsibility includes new business development as well as growth from existing accounts.
- Responsibility for the coverage of territory from Knimbus products and services perspective. Ensure proper account management resulting in retention and growth of business
- Maintain optimal level of activities to keep a healthy pipeline
- Maintain forecast accuracy
- Have a consultative sales approach with prospects and clients and always strive to deliver value to the client's business issues
- Flawless execution on Knimbus sales processes and methodologies
- Maintain industry, role, and competitive knowledge
Required Experience & Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the HRTech/SaaS/Knowledge
- Transformation space
- Consistently over-achieved sales targets
- Proficiency in Territory planning and Account Management
- Ability to understand customer business issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide decision support to global organizations
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within medium and large organizations
- Strong organizational skills to navigate interdepartmental resources and coordinate across lines of business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
