Manager - Enterprise Sales - IT (2-5 yrs)
Position : Sales Manager - Enterprise Sales
Experience : 2-5 years work experience as Key Account Manager or similar role in companies operating in Technology, SaaS, Fintech domain
- Prior experience of working with BFSI industry is a plus
Job Location : Mumbai
Note : We Can also look at people from different location who are willing to relocate
Interview Process : 4 Round (Case studies and Psychometric assignment are included in this round of interview)
Must haves :
- People selling B2B SaaS tech products to enterprises would also work
- Preferably someone has done enterprise sales from B2B Fintech Saas (Prefrred)
- Someone who has an understanding on API, KYC onboarding solutions for banks
- Someone who can do minimum 4 meetings in a week in client's location
Average ticket size - 100k USD
Buyer Persona - CTO, CPO, Global head onboarding, Procurement Head etc...
- There is no lead generation team in place. So the candidate should be comfortable doing lead generation till deal closure

Role Brief : We are seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
What You will do :
- Drive new sales efforts through hunting and new client acquisition leading to yearly target achievement
- Serve as a POC for clients and the internal team
- Meeting with clients to identify their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs
- Generate new leads, qualify them, make them part of entire sales process leading towards closure
- Keep CRM updated with all activities and details so that performance can be tracked
