India B2B :

- We are looking for an experienced sales professionals in B2B segments for partnering with institutes, colleges & corporate clients, who can help in selling our offerings, by identifying and bridging the gaps between education and Workplace skills

- The expectation of this role is to drive sales achieve revenue targets. Desired candidate has to build strategic alliances with corporate clients in B2B to grow our business metrics. We have 2 programmes both for Colleges and corporates.

Skill Investment Plan - Colleges & Institutes :

- Preferred by colleges, Institutes, Training centers for their under graduate, post graduate or Diploma students of any stream to support them in designing their Skill investment plan.

- This plan will help them to learn Interview Skills, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Confidence of attending professional meeting with a Growth mindset in life.

Business English for growth :

- Preferred by corporates, industries and colleges also to get lead over other and uplift the performance by learning special techniques like Increasing productivity, Team building, Effective meeting, Email Writing, Appraisals etc. You will learn how to communicate with your peer groups with confidence and influencing them as per your needs.

- You are a great fit if you derive your energy from people, have superior communication skills and are keen to be part of a vibrant start-up journey.

Role (B2B Sales) :

- Ownership, target driven individual

- Drive sales from medium and large-scale enterprises in order to deliver progressive revenue targets

- Deliver professional sales presentations and demos (virtual & physical) to organizations in order to drive sales

- Nurture and develop existing partnerships with organizations to enable upsell opportunities

- identify the Business opportunities & to work on prospective leads

- Co create learning solutions for clients by leading the consultative sales process

- Own day to day relationships with clients and take responsibility for aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on agreed deliverables

Requirements :

- Master's degree with 6+ years of work experience with demonstrated success in business development and partnerships

- Experience in structuring deals and successfully negotiating with CHROs, L&D Heads and L&D Managers

- Prior experience in a similar role (B2B sales and e-learning industry) will be an added advantage

- 'Roll up your sleeves' attitude to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
