Job Description :
- Looking after National & International Sales, Strategic Planning, Design,Marketing, and Vision.
- Accountable for a minimum sales quota (per annum) from named accounts by identifying and closing new business opportunities within these accounts.
- Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly,quarterly and annual basis.
- To build a long term relationship with these clients by developing accounts active plans for all named accounts.
- To establish a strong prospect base, integrates strategic sales programs reflecting client requirements while establishing strong working relationships.
- Planning and managing resources including vendors and trainers according to agreed budgets.
- Suggest, assist in identify, setting up sales strategy for sales team.
- Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team target.
- Monitor and help other job functions to improve service for the purpose to improve customer satisfaction justifiably. Including periodically market update report on new services, competitors, business opportunities, etc.
- Participate in job interview of applicants; contribute in making decision to take in successful candidates.
- Other duties reasonably relating to this position.
