Manager - Enterprise Sales - BFS (5-10 yrs)
Designation: Manager - Enterprise Sales
- Rich Experience in Financial Institutions, Banks, NBFC , MFI, Corporate ,Government & PSU Sales, Cash Logistics , Payments Solutions.
- Develop client data base for lead generation, identify market segments & strategize selling technique according to individual client needs.
- Analyze & Map customer requirements to provide tailor made liability products CMS.
- Discovering opportunities of deeper penetration into the existing client base using a scoping sheet model and performing cross-sell for various fund based and non-fund based facilities and other liabilities products.
- Monitoring the account profitability per clients on a monthly basis and reviewing strategies to improve the net revenue.
- Keep abreast of market development and take appropriate action as required on a continuous basis.
- Entrusted with the responsibility of driving Business across Pan India.
- Generate references from the existing customers do drive vertical industry growth
- Collaborated with business leadership in designing value prop mapped to business priorities executing an effective Go-to Market strategy and strategy execution for Revenue Targets
- Sales Planning/GTM planning, Sales Forecasting

- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Committed to participation through workshops, seminars and Events /Conferences
Required Experience :
- 5 to 10 years' experience in BFSI/Fintech
- 3 Years + Experienced in Enterprise Sales (handling MFI/NBFC Clients)
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Power point
Education / Preferred Qualifications :
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred
- Minimum requirement : Graduate degree
