Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager - B2B - Healthtech

About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth within your designated territory. You will work closely with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Vijayawada

Experience: 2-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the healthcare, SAAS or technology sectors.

Education: Bachelor's degree-Science/ Engineering Background or Master's/ MBA in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.

Responsibilities:

- Educate potential clients (tier 1 corporate hospitals) on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to meet each client's needs.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

Requirements:

- Aligned for a field sales role (Individual Contributor) and expertise successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced - environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
