Manager - Enterprise Sales (5-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients
- Identify New Business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
- Assess client needs and promote suitable products
- Meet with decision-makers and provide information about O4S Products
- Construct Pitches, Sales Presentations, and Decks
- Demonstrate and Differentiate O4S from the competition focusing on our unique and compelling value proposition
- Perform Product Demonstrations
- Negotiate sales and long-term contracts with clients
- Work independently from Lead Generation to Sales Closure and Project Handover (entire Sales life cycle)
- Work with our partners to maintain and expand business within assigned client accounts
- Forecast and Achieve Substantial Revenue/Sales Targets
Qualifications & Skills :
- 5-8 years- experience as Sales Manager or Leader
- Excellent Presentation and Soft Skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Capabilities
- Ability to Meet Goals and Perform Well Under Pressure
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
