Manager - Enterprise Sales (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and outreach to potential customers to generate leads and secure sales.
- To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, Outreach and Prospecting.
- Build a corporate database and be responsible for the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure and then account management.
- Identify Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools.
- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Target a specific set of customers and figure out a way to reach out to the decision maker and close the deal.
- Drive partnerships that can help with lead generation and consequently deal closures.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Pipeline Management:
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to track progress and prioritize efforts for maximum efficiency.
- Utilize CRM tools to input, track, and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Continuous Learning:
- Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Customer Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
- 3+ years B2B sales experience, especially in Enterprise, banking, Job boards, Employee Benefits or hospitality.
- Must have Strong communication(written& verbal), top notch presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS office & CRM tools.
Locations: Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai
Salary: As per market standards.
