As Email Marketing / Marketing Automation Manager, you will be delivering on-brand, on-strategy execution of creative concepts consistent with the company's standard, aesthetic and voice.
What you will do :
- Creating email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Implementing best practices, including guidelines for emails, campaigns and nurture programs
- Ensuring marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
- Ensuring messages are sent in proper form and template.
- Proofreading emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
- Developing a personalization strategy.
- Including specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
- Reviewing messages for brevity.
- Ensuring messages are mobile-friendly.
- Tracking and analyzing direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
- Implementing testing methodologies (e.g. A/B testing) on email campaign elements to improve conversion rates (CTR, Open, CTOR)
- Measuring, reporting performance and auditing all email campaigns, SMS and push notifications . and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
- Managing email deliverability (bounce/unsubscribe), database hygiene, subscription management
- Collaborating closely with social, creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure comprehensive program development
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have :
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in email marketing/marketing automation
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
- Experience with an email service provider or marketing automation tools like SendInBlue, Webengage, Moengage etc.
- Ability to create and drive email marketing strategy calendar integrated across channels
- Ability to write ad copy, subject lines, and short form articles
- Experience with data retrieval, conversion, analysis and insight generation
- Self-starter and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and present recommendations
