Manager - Education Counselling (5-8 yrs)
Counsel & Guide:
Guide students on their career aspirations towards making the right decisions. Help them understand their potential, skills and provide a direction to pursue their goals.
- Information provider: Evangelize and provide information on CG's internship programs and advising them on the benefits of taking up the program in relation to other opportunities
- Eliminating Roadblocks: Engage with parents, students, institutes, and internal team towards identifying and walking them through a solution to any roadblocks encountered.
- Conflict Resolution: Recognize the sales needs and customer issues and look to bridge a solution that works for all
- Business Acumen: Has a business orientation and understands the need to build structures/ frameworks that enable consistent and exceptional counseling services for students in their UG and PG journey of education
Experience and Educational Background
- 5 - 8 Years of Counseling Experience
- Specialized in International UG and PG programs
- Exposure with Tier-1 Institutes preferred
- Any Graduate (Master's Degree in Business is an advantage)
