Job Description :

Drive our on-line sales across both the company website as well as Amazon and other 3rd party channels to targeted sales level

Running and tracking PLAs

Setting and achieving direct website revenue targets

Updating and Maintaining Woocommerce Website (Frontend and Backend)

Weekly topline reporting of KPIs to management team and in-depth monthly reporting

Managing contracted Paid Search agency and setting strategy of targeting campaigns

Manage external agencies that support our on-line marketing and site development

Identifying new online opportunities

Monitor the performance of trading and marketing and ensure efforts are focused in the best areas to deliver ROI

Managing domains

Managing website content

Answering customer queries on website functionality

Building strong relationships with online retail partners

Championing the online customer experience with a view to improving conversion.

Ensuring that traffic is optimized for all E-Commerce channels

Working with in-house designers to create PLA banners

Ensuring high-quality listing across all channels

Managing stock counts on all online sales channels

Generating reports - sales by channel, by PLA, returns by channels, spend performance across channels, CPL

Advise on improving Product Catalog, Search, SEO, supply chain, cart, payment gateway integration, marketplace models, inventory, personalization, loyalty program
