Manager - eCommerce - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
The Manager - Ecommerce (Quick Commerce and Marketplace) will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto) and marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart). This role will involve strategy development, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize sales, customer experience, and profitability in the ecommerce domain.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Platform-specific metrics such as GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), conversion rate, and fulfillment rate.
- Accuracy and quality of listings, ratings, and reviews.
- Campaign ROI and customer acquisition costs.
- Operational efficiency metrics such as SLA adherence and order processing time
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, business models, and digital trends.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and platform dashboards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in ecommerce, with at least 2 years in quick commerce and marketplace management.
- Proven experience working with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, etc.
