Manager - DMA Sales - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Position Name - Manager DMA/DSA
Location - Agra, Barabanki, Dehradun, Haridwar, Kanpur, Saharanpur, Varanasi, Ambala, Bhatinda, Hissar, Jalandhar, Karnal, Pathankot, Yamunanagar, Jamshedpur, Kolkata-Suburban Howrah
Experience Range - 2- 3 years
Mandatory Requirement:
- Understanding of mortgage related products and credit policies
- Thorough understanding of top DMA/DSA market and competitors in the region
- Has existing relationships with top DMAs in the region with focus in affordable segment
- Ability to work in an agile environment and multi-product business setup
- Excellent relationship management, strong analytical and effective communication skills

Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop DMA channel business for the region across products
- Leverage DMA relationships to primarily source affordable business through deep market penetration
- Ensure defined targets for the region are met as per requirements
- Ensure high standard of customer service and relationship management
- Ensures legal and technical norms are met as per guidelines
- Working with product team to understand the short term and long term alliance partnership
requirements with the objective grow to business from DMAs
- Driving learning culture within the team by continuously training the sales and DMA teams on new and existing products
Qualification and Experience :
- At least 2 years of experience in managing DMA/DSA channel
- Graduation, Post-Graduation will be an added advantage
- Preferred Industry exposure: Mortgage
