Manager - Direct Sales - Training Programs (3-12 yrs)
Role Description :
- To handle all direct sales of all training programs to IT majors, captives, and corporates
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post sales relationship management
- To understand market requirements and trends to determine new training programs
- Creating detailed account maps
Key Outcomes :
- Owning the direct sales target for the region or vertical
- New accounts opened
- Growth in existing accounts
Essential Pre-requisites :
- Should have about 3 years of experience in direct sales to target customer segment, in selling technology training programs
- Should be well connected in the industry and leverage contacts to drive business
- Should be able to show success in starting and growing business in previous roles/jobs.
