Desired Candidate Profile

- The desired candidate should be Honest and Sincere with Good persuasive Communication. The candidate must have confidence and ability to close the sales with customer.

- It is desired that he /she be at our Lonavla Site minimum 3-4 days a week and derive sales through the team of Sales and Pre Sales Executive.

- On other days the candidate can operate from our Mumbai office / WFH.

Job Description

1. Take on responsibility for overall Sales Cycle and revenue generation through successful Sales closure

2. Should have experience in Direct Selling in Real Estate or Insurance sector

3. Have good negotiation skills and ability to convince customer for successful sales closure

4. Meet the customer and guide the Sales team

5. Capable of successfully closing sales and achieving monthly sales objective through the Team and own effort

6. Handle Customer Queries on Product, Price,

7. Competitive Sales and Prevailing market trends

8. Lead and Monitor performance of the Sales and Pre-Sales Team to generate max sales closure

9. Ensure maximum conversion of leads and site visits

Minimise lead wastage

10. Plan and Organise Sales Campaign to generate Sales

11. Report to the management on Sales related matter incl Performance, New Champaign, Product enrichment and marketing
