Job Location:- Andheri East - Mumbai- Work from office (6 Days)
Educational Qualifications : Graduate/Post graduate
Total Experience : Minimum 5 Years with financial services background in Sales or Telecalling
Salary: negotiable
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform outbound calls as a marketing tool to carry out a variety of sales and marketing activities, including cold calls, cross selling and up selling to new and existing customers
- Generate revenue for the organisation as an individual and as a team player by onboarding new customers for our products (Unsecured Loan Products)
- Perform any after-call functions to complete the cycle of call.
- Achieve pre-set Key Performance Indicators for the individual and assist in the achievement of the overall sales target as set by the Company.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on programmes handled to improved and/or enhance existing and future telemarketing programmes - quality of DM campaigns feedback, data source, quality etc.
- Perform duties/tasks ancillary to the selling activities cited above, including mailing, typing, calling, from time to time.
- Complete daily and weekly reports to measure individual effectiveness and provide figures
showing weekly productivity of individual.
- Ensure each call handled meets the service standards of the Organisation
- Create and/or maintaining proper client, call and sales records and customer database as required by the Company
- Ensure confidentially of data in the manner to the extent required by the Company.
- Need to have relevant experience in NBFC - Tele calling/Sales
- Need to be fluent in Hindi/English/Marathi/Gujrati
- Has the necessary hunger for growth and can work under pressure and outperform themselves
