Job Description :Direct Sales Manager
Position Overview:
To optimize insurance product sales and distribution, the Channel Sales Manager will be in charge of overseeing and expanding the agency's connections with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and put into action plans to reach new channel partners, such as brokers, agents, financial planners, or other third-party middlemen, to broaden the agency's distribution network.
- To distribute the agency's insurance products, find, contact, and enlist possible partners. Create a robust pipeline of eligible leads for potential collaborations.
- Create sales projections and report on channel sales performance on a regular basis. Report on the status of sales goals while pointing out areas for development and enhancement.
Desired candidate profile:
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
