Position: Direct Sales Manager
Location: Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior
CTC: 3.5 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Job Roles:
- Must have Direct sales with Life insurance sales Experience or agency channel or Banca but interested to work in Life Insurance and direct sales
- Should be comfortable with field sales
- Should cross sell and up sell
- Should have experience in lead generation to conversion
- Good Communication Skill.
Candidate Profile:
- Min 3+ Years Of Sales Or Marketing experience In any Sector/ BFSI/ Life Insurance
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible & adaptable to change.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be from GI or LI Industry
- Education/Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
