Required Performers
- Represent the organization effectively, with a thorough understanding of our services.
- Research client needs and determine how our solutions answer them.
- Hire, train, inspire, and advise a group of salespeople.
- Achieve company goals by carefully planning, creating sales goals, reviewing performance data, and developing projections.
- Continuously develop abilities for hiring, training, and directing team members, as well as ensuring that they use efficient sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads, build, and maintain client connections.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driver's license.
