Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
For the top insurance company in India, we are searching for a highly motivated business development manager in the agency vertical.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead an organization of sales managers.
- Assembling the agency and hiring the group of sales managers
- Find and approach potential new customers in the insurance industry.
- Create and put into action successful sales strategy.
- Compile and deliver sales reports to the management team.
- Establish trusting bonds with both current and potential customers.
Requirement :
- Min 2+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
- Qualification- Graduation mandatory
- CTC : Up To 3.20 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
