Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Researching prospects and creating leads.
- Contacting real potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Achieving the sales target through leads, which may be self generated or may be generated by the Branch Ops, Call Center teams and/or other sources
- Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs
- Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium
Candidate Requirements :
- Min 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any sector / BFSI
- Good Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Analytic skills
