Job Description
The Direct Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the agency.
Key Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including individual clients, small businesses, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and advise them on suitable insurance solutions.
- Develop business development strategies based on market insights and data analysis.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to improve offerings and client outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation Is Mandatory
- Minimum 2+Years Experience in Field Sales
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and market dynamics.
- Fixed CTC And Incentive + Other Benefit
