Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the corporate agency business through the banca channel
- Manage relationships with bank partners and identify opportunities for collaboration to achieve business goals
- Drive and monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention within the banca channel
- Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to ensure they are up-to-date on products, processes, and sales techniques
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention through the banca channel
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify areas for improvement
Who Should Apply:

2. Min. 2+ years of field sales experience needed.
