India's Leading Insurance Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Investment Relationship Manager to join our growing Channel team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with branch relationship managers and bank staff to achieve ambitious sales targets for insurance products.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Commission-based training for agents nurtures and educates them.
- Verify that each agent's activity plan is being completed to the correct degree by keeping an eye on it.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Life Insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of life and/or health insurance products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
