Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distribution partners, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded by the team.
- Generate leads and build a database of potential customers through various marketing initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any field
- Local candidates are preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
- A bike and a valid license are required.
