Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We Are Hiring Direct Sales Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit commission based financial Consultant
- Handle your Agents / Advisories team
- Find new business opportunities by your agents
- Give them task to sales & motivate them
- Report at your branch daily
- Achieve intensives on sales target
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Degree - any Bachelor degree
- Min. 2 to 4 years- experience in sales & marketing ( Field Sales )
- Team handling experience & knowledge required
- Having best communication & convincing power
Working Profile :
- Time: 9:30 to 6 PM
- Govt./Banking Holiday
- Second & Fourth Saturday week off
- Paid leave
