Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities:
- To generate leads and use enablers for lead generation.
- To meet 3 new customers every day
- To provide sales and services and upselling products with existing customers
- To ensure branch staff activation for every quarter
- To train and skill partner for selling and pitching our product
- To ensure 100% of branches with a minimum of 2 to 3 sp license holders and support them with the same to drive the business target achievements.
