Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Direct Sales Manager will manage and lead a team of direct sales agents in the agency channel, focusing on achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective management and support of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of direct sales agents.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales activities and performance of the sales team.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales agents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in insurance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to drive results.
- Knowledge of the Indian insurance market.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
