Job Responsibilities
- recruiting and developing a high-performing distribution network of financial consultants (FCs).
- Training, encouraging, and directing these trained financial advisors to sell insurance.
- Meeting with prospective clients at FCs to market insurance solutions.
Required Experience:
The perfect candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing and is experienced with direct sourcing.
CTC: Up to 3.15 LPA
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
