Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Our sales department is looking forward to hiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as a Direct Sales Manager. As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire sales team.
Roles:
- Motivating and encouraging the sales team.
- Building a good relationship with the clients.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, and other prospecting activities.
Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of any field sales experience
- Good Communication skills
