Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions

- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our life insurance products

- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking events

- Build a pipeline of potential customers and conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales

- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients and provide customized insurance plans

- Educate and advise clients on the features, benefits, and terms of our insurance products

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation and adhere to compliance protocols

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns

Qualifications :

- Graduate

- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

- Sound knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations
