Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Attracting new clients for personal loans in the allocated market
- To reach and even surpass the monthly targets for attracting new clients, evaluate the transaction banking requirements of the customers.
- Provide RM with regular feedback on opportunities and customer needs.
- Ensure that the SOPs and selling conventions of the organization are adhered to.
- Ensure that internal policies and external laws are adhered to strictly.
- Assure proper sourcing that complies with bank regulations.
