Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Lead generation & proactive follow-ups on leads, convincing and conversion.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Good presentation and sales closing skills.
- Maintain daily reports.
- Should be able to work in a fast- paced & target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.
- Graduate / MBA Candidates compulsory.
