Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a high-performing Direct Sales Manager to assist us in achieving our client acquisition and revenue growth goals while also maintaining our company competitive and inventive. They will be in charge of maximizing the potential of our sales staff, developing sales plans, and justifying those goals to top management.

Job Description :
- By successfully managing the sales staff, they may achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to increase the company's consumer base and maintain a strong presence.
- Set sales goals, track progress against them, and make adjustments as needed.
- Examine current team processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and put them in place.
- Create individual quotas for team members and assign territory to them.
- Forecast sales in a detailed and accurate manner.
- Team members are coached, mentored, and given feedback.
