Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- To set, track, and meet sales goals for Key accounts and distributors, both new and old, and to take responsibility for their overall performance:
- Volume, Revenue, GP, and DSO are examples of financial performance indicators. Sales Productivity performance indicators:
- Pipeline Strength, Cycle Time, and New Customer Wins in Distributor Direct Sales
Distributor Indirect Sales : Assure both breadth and depth of distribution by establishing goals for distribution coverage, productivity, and throughput, then tracking and directing these metrics.
- Make sure Distributors understand and are in line with the annual business plan; pay particular attention to their financial performance and capability. Connect external alignment and a common vision to business plans.
- Make sure that the business objectives, planned activities for the distributor teams, and sales targets are translated from the RTM strategy and marketing plan.
- Keep an eye on and raise concerns about performance delivery
