Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Organise the direct sales team and use your resources to hit your goals as a team.
- Coach the direct sales team and help them reach each member's sales goal.
- Utilise customer interactions to provide customers with expert insurance services from business partners.
- Analyses a customer's financial condition, determines their needs, and suggests insurance options to meet those needs.
- Create marketing and sales initiatives to increase sales.
- Review and create appropriate operating procedures in accordance with the requirements for regulatory and compliance
- Control the direct sales team and adhere to all company and regulatory requirements for the sales process.
- Assigned assistance with ad hoc tasks or projects
- Track the performance of the direct sales force and provide reports for management and business partners.
