Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- A direct sales leadership position responsible for organizing, motivating, and training a group of selling agents in a given region. Complete management of the agents, including hiring, coaching, training, rostering, personnel issues, and performance evaluation. owns their performance in retail and pushes others around them to be better performers.
- Make sure that each month's goals are set in accordance with the Direct Sales outlet and agent's productivity expectations and criteria.
- Assume responsibility for the Direct Sales outlets' financial success according to all personal and store KPI targets.
- Encourages improvement in others and looks for novel ways to strengthen competitive advantage.
- Evaluate each sales agent's performance history, then provide the findings to the sales management group.
