Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Shimoga. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, or B2B sales. This role involves direct customer acquisition, driving sales performance, and managing client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers through direct field sales, cold calling, and referrals.

- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data in CRM tools.

- Work closely with senior management to align business goals and sales strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, or B2B sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Shimoga for sales meetings.

- Experience in life insurance, loans, financial services, or direct selling.

- Strong networking and client acquisition skills.

- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
