Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
To join our team, we are looking for a Direct Sales Manager that is motivated and results-oriented. You will oversee and lead a group of salespeople in this position, using direct selling to increase life insurance sales.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide a group of direct sales representatives.
- Reach sales goals and increase market presence to propel business growth.
- To optimize effectiveness, sales personnel should be trained, mentored, and inspired.
Requirements:
- Direct sales experience of at least two years, ideally in the insurance sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
- The capacity to operate in a target-driven, fast-paced setting.
- Get a degree (required).
- Self-driven and passionate about customer service and sales.
