Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
This position is for the direct(fresh) sales role. This is a key role for the company as this team is charged with getting new clients to SecureNow. Fresh team sales persons may focus on select industry segments or products or may have a geographic focus. The person will have deep knowledge of commercial insurances such as property, marine and liability & employee benefit insurances. The person has the primary responsibility of building and maintaining a relationship with clients. Once a new client is acquired, the person has to support the transition, over a one year period, to the retention team.
1) Actively manage the insurance sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, consultative questioning, solutions pitch, negotiations, and closing Lead and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any other documentation following company procedures.
2) Create compelling profit objectives and maximize cross-selling opportunities by keeping up-to- date with the new product developments and enhancements. This includes conducting revenue analysis of current business partners, of the channel.
3) Develop overall BD strategic action plans to ensure achievement of revenue targets including market intelligence, business segmentation, competitor analysis and customizing our value.
