Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-9 yrs)
Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Hiring future leaders and financial advisors.
- Create and keep a relationship with the customer.
- Assisting them in achieving their objectives.
- Creating novel, fresh concepts and fresh business approaches.
- Assemble a staff of financial advisors.
- Achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Bargaining with potential customers on all contracts.
- Creating monthly and weekly reports.
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of advisers for daily activity tracking
- Providing training depending on needs and inspiring advisors to retain high performers and give regular performers more attention.
- Travel with the advisers to client meetings to provide product and hands-on training.
Required Skills:
1. Solid interpersonal relations.
2. Flexible and changeable.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4.Ought to possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5.Awareness of the local language is a must.
6. Graduate or postgraduate degree in education or training
7.1 to 5 years of experience
