We are looking for an Direct Sales Manager to drive growth in the Agency Channel of the life insurance sector. This position involves finding leads through networking and cold calling, selling life insurance products, cultivating client relationships, implementing effective sales strategies to meet goals, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies, and maintaining accurate sales records.
