Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
By effectively managing and supporting the sales team, the Direct Sales Manager will oversee and guide a group of direct sales agents in the agency channel, with an emphasis on meeting sales goals and fostering business expansion.
Responsibilities :
- Assemble, educate, and oversee a group of direct sales representatives.
- Create and put into action plans to meet sales goals.
- Monitor sales activity and performance of the sales team.
- Continue to mentor and support sales representatives.
- Verify adherence to rules and policies of the company.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree
- One to two years of sales management experience, ideally in the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team and exercise leadership.
- Excellent sales acumen and result-orientedness.
- Understanding of the insurance industry in India.
