Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Sales Manager, Seeking a results-oriented leader with strong communication skills, experience in face-to-face sales, and a proven track record of meeting targets
Responsibilities :
- Recognizing the demands and requirements of the clients.
- Putting together and delivering monthly sales reports.
- Describing to clients the advantages of the product.
- Networks, both personal and professional. When cross-selling insurance, follow the Need-Based Selling Model and use it.
- A group of sales agents are employed, educated, inspired, and counselled. Potential Insurance Advisors are identified and recruited.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2+ years experience in sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
